The leisure facilities are great - big swimming pool, a steam room and a sauna. Room was cosy and big enough. Multiple restaurants and bars across the property. The staff was very caring and polite. We came for a wedding anniversary and we got offered a free drinks. Thanks again! We ate at the brasserie and the food was good. Price are reasonable for Edinburgh. You can come by bus from city centre, making it a great staycation for a special weekend

The location of the hotel is amazing, it is sourended with beautiful greenery, lake, courts, 10 mins by car from city center, 10 mins by car from airport.

The breakfast was the best breakfast we had while on our trip to Scotland, and we had stayed at 4 different locations. Additionally, the service was impeccable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The public transit was only a ~10 minute walk from the hotel.

The Dalmahoy hotel has a real traditional Scottish feel to it, with its history and beautiful surrounding areas. The rooms were all very lovely and good sizes with all amenities to hand (iron, hairdryer etc) my family also enjoyed the pool facilities with a sauna and steam room, which was all very clean. They also had a great play area for my grandchildren who thoroughly enjoyed it. At breakfast there was a great choice of haggis and tatty scones and could also choose your choice of eggs, self service buffet with choices of sausage, bacon tomatoes, beans etc as well as pastries and continental options.

The picturesque surroundings of the hotel, with its beautifully maintained grounds and stunning views of the Scottish countryside, set the perfect tone for our getaway. The accommodations were both luxurious and cozy. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail really stood out—it was clear that guest comfort was a top priority. Dining at the hotel was an absolute delight. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes that highlighted local flavors, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a treat every morning, with plenty of options to start the day right. One of the highlights of my stay was exploring the leisure facilities. Whether it was unwinding at the spa or enjoying the hotel’s indoor pool, there was no shortage of opportunities to relax and recharge. The surrounding area also offered fantastic opportunities for golf, walks, and sightseeing. Overall, my three days at Dalmahoy were truly special.
